Hamilton Park is a new residential development in Castleknock, one of Dublin’s most popular and well served neighbourhoods. The projects consist of 302 houses of various sizes together with 108 one and two bed contemporary apartments.
HML carried out all road making: Circa 7 km of Bitmac surfaced roadways complete with drainage, ducting and finishes. Bulk excavation works with approx. 80,000 m3 of spoil removed from site. Formation of connection roads to existing roads network and service connection to existing services. Construction of 250m3 waste water storage tank and pumping station. All works carried out to current BCAR standards.
HML also completed the building of the houses and the concrete frame apartment block as well as the paving and garden finishes to each property.
