Concrete Frames Foreman

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to employ a Concrete Frames Foreman to join the team.

This is a permanent, full time position. Based in Dublin.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff
• Management and control of plant and equipment
• Management and control of health and safety issues
• Check and understand all drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
• Keeping site diaries and paperwork up to date
• Maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient site at all times
• Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the Site Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level on large scale projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSA guidelines
•  Proven experience working on large civils projects
•  Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
•  Full Driving License
•  Excellent organizational and leadership skills
•  Ability to communicate and report effectively
•  Problem-solving abilities
